About Us

Emma is our founder and Managing Director.

 

The creative mind and driving force behind Solid8, Emma has a wealth and breadth of experience offering bespoke administration, sales and marketing solutions.

 

Emma comes from an extremely successful sales background, grounded largely in IT hardware and software.  She has worked alongside clients spanning from multinationals to local SME’s.

 

Her passion for our business is infectious with an enthusiastic, proactive approach to each and every opportunity.

 

Emma genuinely cares about our customers and building a lasting successful relationship, allowing her to create the very best bespoke solutions.

 

When not in the office Emma surrounds herself with her wonderful children and many cats.

Lindsay is our Sales Team Lead.

 

Buzzing with ideas, she has had a wide-ranging career in customer service, sales, marketing and complaints resolution.

 

Lindsay has worked within the retail, motor, publishing and insurance sectors, bringing with her a wealth of skills and abilities which enable her to slot into pretty much any role that is required of her.

 

Solid8 and our team are her passion.  Her office motto is ‘A happy team is a hardworking and successful team.  We work best when we pull together’.

 

In her spare time Lindsay can be found walking her beloved dog in the countryside.

Michelle has an enviable and extensive job history, bringing with her close to 20yrs experience in the Financial and Banking sectors.  Working in Senior Management roles in Business Development, Sales and Relationship Support, placing Michelle in the perfect position to help us build and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with our clients.

 

Michelle can often be found beavering away with Emma, working on strategies to improve and maintain the best experience for our clients. 

 

When not helping us become more successful than we already are, Michelle’s heart lies with her family and dog.

Melissa has hit the ground running and has already become an indispensable member of the Solid8 family.

 

Cheerful, kind and hardworking, Melissa comes with a successful and extensive background in Management Administration, Adult Care and Property Sales.  This career path has provided Melissa with the skills to communicate and empathise with our customers enabling her to build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships.

 

Currently working as a technical specialist for our biggest contract.  Melissa’s skills continue to grow and grow.

 

Away from the office, Melissa loves to escape to Italy with her husband and young daughter.

Full of drive, enthusiasm and a wealth of administrative experience, Sarah is a big part of the Solid8 team.

 

Currently working in B2B sales, Sarah’s bubbly personality and ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manor, allow her to meet our client’s needs with speed and accuracy, whilst building trust and a valuable connection.  Sarah will always go that extra mile to ensure our client has what they need.

 

When not charming the birds out of the trees, Sarah can be found out and about with her busy family.

Excluding Emma, Yvonne is the longest serving member of the Solid8 Team.

 

Her Administration, Customer Service experience and Product knowledge is second to none.

 

Currently working within our Sales team, supporting one of our largest clients, Yvonne’s speed and accuracy helps maintain and enhance this relationship. She is an integral part of this partnership. She is a great support for the overall Sales Team and helps drive the team to always reach their target, almost always smashing hers out of the park!

 

A wicked sense of humour and a lover of travel, Yvonne is always on the move and is an inspiration to us all.

With a wealth of customer service and administration experience, Andrea became an important and valuable member of the team the first day she walked into the office.

 

She is currently part of the installations team, working with engineers and on-site tradesman, supporting one of our busiest contracts.  Andrea’s excellent administrative and communication skills have enabled her to build lasting relationships with our customers and installers alike.

 

With an array of transferable skills, Andrea is an integral part of the Solid8 team.

 

When not whipping our installers and engineers into shape, Andrea loves to spend time looking after her grandchildren and being away with her family.

Ruby is the youngest member of the Solid8 team and is currently at the University of Winchester studying Marketing, Communication and Content Creation.

 

As our website, marketing and Social Media maestro, Ruby’s role within Solid8 works perfectly with her current studies.

 

She ensures we are across all Social Media platforms regularly with content showcasing Solid8 and our website is always up to date.

 

When not studying or working, Ruby has a passion for fashion and loves spending time with her dog.
