We will work with your customers in the post sales environment, dealing with queries, escalations, complaints, compliments, returns and any other need that comes with the Aftersales process, ensuring your customer receives a seamless, consistent experience.

As we all know, Customer Service expectations when a consumer is purchasing any product are high, anything below this could lose companies sales and profitability. As such, we believe it is important to understand the standards our customers want us to adhere to as well as the needs of their customers.

Our customer service provision fits well with companies who don't necessarily have the staffing capacity or the time to handle the Aftersales process.

Solid8 services can be used as a short term temporary fix to compensate for staff on sabbatical, maternity leave or a long term absence or as part of a short term project. We can also provide a retained service for those companies with a longer term requirement.

Costs:

​

- £38.00 PAYG hourly rate

- £35.00 hourly rate, upfront payment

- £32.00 hourly rate for retained services - monthly contracts
